Every Flux sauna and ice bath comes with a tiered warranty, written for commercial use, and an aftercare team you can actually reach.

All periods run from handover. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights.
Look after it as set out in the Flux Care Guide, which you get at handover. That means treating the timber on schedule, caring for the stove and flue, keeping the water and filters right, and protecting the ice bath and chiller from frost. Use a qualified electrician for connections, and let us (or someone we approve) handle repairs while it's under warranty.
Real timber outdoors changes colour, weathers and moves a little. That's normal for wood, so it isn't covered. The warranty doesn't cover consumables such as stones, filters and firewood. It also excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or frost where the care guide wasn't followed, and bookings lost while something's being fixed.
