How it works

From first call to first session.

Buying a commercial sauna shouldn't mean working it all out alone. Here's exactly how it works with Flux, from the first conversation to the first fire.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

A planning consultation with our team

Every site and every council is different. We'll talk through your location, whether you'll run it fixed or mobile, and what your council is likely to ask. You'll know the questions before you spend anything.

We can't promise planning permission. No one honestly can. But we can help you go into those conversations prepared.

  2. 02

    Plan the site

    Know what the ground needs

A clear checklist for what's yours to arrange:

    • The base: a level, solid standing.
    • Drainage: for the ice bath and any showers.
    • Power: for the chiller and lighting.
    • Water: for filling and showers.
    • Access: for delivery.
    • Somewhere dry for the wood.

    No surprises later.

  3. 03

    We build it in Hull

Four weeks, and you'll see it happen

Your sauna and ice bath are built at Victory Leisure Homes in Hull. We'll send photos at each stage of the build, so you always know where things are.

[CHECK: lead time from order or deposit; same for sauna and ice bath. Photo updates to be confirmed.]

  4. 04

    Delivery and handover

We'll show you how it all works

We deliver to your site and walk you through lighting the stove, heating up, running sessions safely, and looking after the Thermawood and the water.

[NEED: who delivers the sauna trailer and how; whether handover is on site; sauna delivery terms]

  5. 05

    We're still here

    Aftercare you can actually reach

Your sauna and ice bath come with a tiered warranty, and a team that picks up the phone.

Prefer us to handle the bookings and marketing? We're building a service where we lease you the kit, take the bookings on our own platform and run the marketing, while you run the site. We're piloting it on our own park in North Wales first.
