How to set up a sauna and ice bath area

The base

For the ice bath and any showers.

Power

For the chiller and lighting. Use a qualified electrician for connections.

Water

For filling the ice bath and for showers.

Access for delivery

The ice bath arrives by curtain-sider lorry and is forklift-ready. [NEED: sauna trailer delivery and access requirements]

Somewhere dry for the wood
