It's real work: the site, the weather, the bookings, the people. We build the sauna and ice bath, help you plan the site and talk planning through with you. You won't be working it all out on your own.
A sea swim that turned into a habit. A sauna somewhere that changed your mind about saunas. A lockdown project that wouldn't go away. Most sauna businesses start because someone fell for it, and then went looking for how.
The Flux Sauna sits on a purpose-designed trailer. Run it on one rented pitch, take it to beaches and events, or move it if a site doesn't work out. Eight seats give you room for groups or separate bookings sharing the heat, and the panoramic window makes the most of whatever view you find.
| The hard part | What we do |
|---|---|
| Planning and licensing | Councils differ, and permissions can take months. A planning consultation with our team before you buy, so you go in prepared. |
| Finding and keeping a site | Advice on what makes a good pitch; a sauna you can move if you need to. |
| Setting up the site | A clear checklist: base, drainage, power, water, wood storage. |
| The money | Straight talk, no promises. Prices on enquiry, and we'll go through the set-up costs with you. |
| Bookings and customers | Coming soon: Business-in-a-box, where we take the bookings and run the marketing. |
We won't promise planning permission, profits or a full calendar. No one honestly can.
